Youth Mental Health Initiative: Summer Program
A Summer of Connection, Growth & Mental Wellness
The Thumbs Up Youth Summer Program is a safe, supportive space where middle and high school students can connect, build confidence, and learn real-life tools to support their mental health.
Led by caring mentors and mental health advocates, our program offers fun activities, life skills, and meaningful conversations designed to empower today’s youth to thrive.

Summer Program Information
This is open to all middle and high school students, including those entering 5th grade for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Youth Summer Program begins on June 11 and runs weekly on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our Elk River location. The program will continue through August 13, with no session on July 2.
Cost: $100 per student
If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out—no student will be turned away.

Runs weekly on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The program will conclude on August 13th.
