The Referral Assistance Program actively connects individuals with trusted therapy partners across Minnesota to ensure seamless mental health support. Years of partnership and collaboration between Thumbs Up and these counseling offices has built deep confidence in their expertise, compassion, and ability to guide clients through anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and more. Although the financial assistance portion of the program has ceased due to funding challenges, these long-standing partners remain go-to resources for quality care.
