Halloween Party + Downtown Trick-or-Treat + Costumes!

Join us on Friday, October 24th from 2:00-6:00pm for our Halloween Party, at the Elk River Downtown Trick or Treat event! Wear your costumes and learn more about Thumbs Up! Tricks, treats, and photo opportunities will be available!
This event is for students, families, and the community – Bring a friend or two! Staff and Volunteers will be present at our office location and available to bring children and students to trick or treat in the the local businesses of Downtown Elk River.
No need to sign up, just show up and join in on the fun!
