The summer season is a great time when many of us emerge from the standard rhythm of our lives to find new adventures, time to take a step back, relax, and enjoy the company of others. Of course, it is also a BUSY time! We know this first hand. You can catch Thumbs Up at several community events this summer, all supporting mental health, wellness, partnership, and growth.
