SUMMARY:Submissions Open for Youth Art Contest
DESCRIPTION:Create art that Keeps Moving Forward with the Youth Art Contest \nThumbs Up for Mental Health is inviting young artists to share their interpretation of mental health through original artwork. Selected winners will be featured at Party With a Purpose on February 27\, 2026\, where first place pieces in each age category will be presented for bidding. 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place winners will receive a prize! \nSubmission window: Thursday\, January 15 through Sunday\, February 15\, 2026. \nStudents between the ages of 10 – 18 are eligible for entry. Digital artwork and AI-generated or AI assisted artwork is not allowed. \nAll entries must\n• Show the artist’s interpretation of mental health\n• Include an artist statement that explains the piece\n• Raise awareness of mental health struggles\, stigma\, or solutions\n• Be original and created in 2026\n• Be no larger than 24 inches wide and 36 inches tall\n• Be any physical medium or discipline \nDrop off your physical submission at the Thumbs Up Office (305 Jackson Ave\, Suite B\, Elk River\, MN) or mail to PO Box 478 Elk River\, MN.
