United We Shiver Polar Plunge

We’re back again, Katie & Cindy, Thumbs Up & Open Doors, Laverne & Shirley, teaming up for a little friendly (and frigid) competition. We’ll be jumping into the icy waters of Big Lake for the United We Shiver Polar Plunge. Thumbs Up and ODFY each set a goal to raise $3,000 ($6,000 collectively) for mental health programming at ODFY.
The team that raises the most money will get to push the other team in! Last year, Thumbs Up barely pulled ahead of ODFY, so you better believe Cindy is looking for a win, and the chance to give Katie a healthy nudge into the lake, just like Katie did to her last year!
We’re dressing up as Laverne and Shirley, the iconic friend duo from the late 50’s, because they stuck by each other no matter what. Support systems like their friendship are key for mental health!
