– Meetings are the 1st Thursday of every month from 6:30-8:00pm

- You are not alone in this journey; suicide affects millions each year.
- Thumbs Up can provide resources and walk alongside you through the grieving process.
- When we learn of a death by suicide in the community, we will mail out a bereavement gift which includes a bell wind chime, worry stones, Keep Moving Forward bracelet and sympathy card
