Letting Go Plate Smashing

Come break a plate with us on Wednesday, April 26th from 3:00-5:00pm. Write down everything on a plate that is making you feel stressed, anxious or depressed. Once your plate is covered, come SMASH it on the floor! This healing plate smashing event should be fun!
Teens middle school and high school are welcome to attend, bring a friend or two!
